How do I …
…request a withdrawal from my fund?
To request a withdrawal from your fund, please send an email request to Jill Heller at director@tfewis.org. The request should include the name of your account, your fund number, the amount of the withdrawal, and the investment pool from which the withdrawal should come.
- For withdrawals from the Money Market Pool: Withdrawals will be processed within 15 days of your request. For those with active ACH information on file, funds will be sent electronically to your bank. Those who have not provided ACH information will be sent a paper check payable to the parish or entity name on the account and mailed, Attn: Treasurer, to your address of record.
- For withdrawals from the Short-, Mid- or Long-term Pools: To allow for the proper accounting of fund balances, all withdrawals from the short-, mid- or long-term pools will be processed after the closing of a monthly accounting period. Withdrawals will be sent by direct deposit or mail, depending on your prior instructions, on or near the 5th business day of the month following your request. Requests for withdrawals must arrive in Jill Heller’s email no later than 10 days before the end of the accounting period in order to allow time for communication with Argent (TMI Trust) and liquidation of securities, if necessary. Withdrawals of more than $100,000 require notice of six weeks prior to the date the funds are needed.
